Welcome to Yippy Cash (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to all transactions made on our Site. They outline important information regarding your rights and obligations, as well as ours. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.

2. Customer Criteria

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Be a resident of Trinidad and Tobago.
  • Hold a Trinidad and Tobago Bank Account in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars in your own name.
  • Provide acceptable identity documentation upon request.

3. About Us

Yippy Cash is operated by Brightwave Finance Ltd., a company registered under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. We offer financial packages, including financial advisory services, relationship management, and cash advance facilities to residents of Trinidad and Tobago through the Yippy Cash application/website.

5. Application Process for a Cash Advance

To apply for a cash advance, complete the application form on our Site. The Yippy Cash Team will review your application. If approved, you'll receive a loan agreement, an invoice for the financial package and a salary deduction document to sign. Funds will be transferred to your bank account after the signed payroll documents are received and approved.

6. Personal Information

6.1 You must provide personal information, as requested, for credit checks and verifying payment arrangements. This may include your name, date of birth, address, email address, employment information, bank details, and credit card details.

6.2 You have a limited period of four (4) weeks to repay any cash advance at an interest rate of 2% per month or 0.067% per day.

6.3 If you fail to repay the cash advance in accordance with Clause 6.2, we reserve the right to initiate debt collection proceedings within fourteen (14) business days of the due amount being outstanding, including legal proceedings if necessary.

6.4 All fees paid on the Internet Site are final and non-refundable.

7. Prices

7.1 Prices for our services are listed on our Site and are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).

7.2 Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

8. Payment

If your payment is not received when due, we may charge late fees on any outstanding balances. Late fees range between $10 - $60 TTD.

9. Service Quality

We are committed to providing our services with reasonable care and skill.

10. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable if we fail to comply with these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Your Information

11.1 This Site is designed for the exclusive use of Yippy Cash. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. You authorize us to collect and use information about you as necessary.

11.2 We will comply with the Data Protection Act of Trinidad and Tobago.

11.3 We will store your personal information only for as long as necessary.

12. No Third-Party Rights

No one other than us or you has any right to enforce any of these terms.

13. Transfer of Rights

13.1 We may transfer our rights under these terms to another business without your consent, but we will notify you of the transfer and ensure that your rights are not adversely affected.

13.2 You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone without our prior written consent.

14. General Principles

14.1 We will not discriminate against any customer based on race, gender, sexuality, age, or ethnic background.

14.2 We will respect all rights set forth herein and not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and other personal rights.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 The laws of Trinidad and Tobago apply to these terms.

15.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
